This Policy explains what personal data the website adnex.media collects, what it is used for and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the personal data protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova (Law No. 195/2024) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is ADNEX Media (“we”). For any question about your data, contact us at info@adnex.media.

2. What data we collect

Enquiry form data: your name, phone number, preferred contact method (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or phone call) and your message, if you add one.
Technical enquiry data: the page the enquiry was sent from, the site language and advertising tags (UTM) if you arrived from an ad.
Cookie and analytics data: only with your consent — anonymised information about visits and interaction with advertising. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, special categories of data (health, beliefs and similar) through the form.

3. Why and on what legal basis we process data

To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project — based on your consent and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To analyse traffic and advertising performance — only based on the consent you give in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To protect the site from spam and abuse — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data. It is only accessible to the service providers that the website and enquiry handling depend on:

Telegram — form enquiries are delivered to our staff through the Telegram Bot API;
our hosting provider — stores the website and a backup copy of enquiries;
Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Meta — only if you accepted analytics or marketing cookies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on mechanisms provided by law, including standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept on the website for no longer than 90 days and are then deleted automatically. If a contract follows, data is kept for its duration and for the periods required by law. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

access your data and receive a copy;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data erased or its processing restricted;
object to processing and withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing;
receive your data in a portable format;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (www.datepersonale.md).

7. Security

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Only authorised staff have access to enquiries. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss and unauthorised access.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the update.
